Our First Camping Trip...The Shuswap!!

We set out for the Shuswap on August 2nd, after dropping Uncle Mike off at the airport. We drove all the way to Revelstoke and camped at the KOA. Nate loved the playground.Nate having fun in the tiny bathtub in the trailer.Exhausted from the long drive!

The next morning we drove to Scotch Creek and stopped to visit Uncle John and Auntie Andie. They rented a house and it was only 15 min from where we camped at Magna Bay resort.Nate's First tube ride with Gar and Uncle B and Koen.

A Visit From the Kaacks

Our beautiful friends Keely, Ian, Ava, and Ella spent the day with us. We enjoyed the afternoon in the backyard watching the kids play.

Nate's First Band-Aid

Nate had to go to the hospital to get his blood taken. He has been fainting and they are concerned about him being anemic. He didn't like getting a needle but he sure didn't mind the cool band aid.
