Nate's First Day at the Dayhome!..sniff, sniff

Nate started at his day-home on April 14th. He missed Monday and Tuesday because he had a terrible ear infection. Poor little guy had a rough first week. This is a pic of him before we left the house. Gary does the drop off and I get to pick him up. Week 2- Nate has cried every morning. So sad. :(

We only had a couple hours to go to surprise Gary but he ended up finding his cake in the deep freeze. Arghhhhh....OH well...it was a great ROCKBAND party with family and friends. G-ma Bev got this cake made too. LOVED it!

I LOVE Easter!!! It is my favourite holiday for many reasons. I love its significance, the colors, the candy, egg decorating, springtime sights, sounds and smells...EVERYTHING! Most of all, I love the traditions families hold on to. It is tradition at the Kadar's to decorate eggs with all my nieces/nephews and my bestest girlfriends!!! Like anything with the Kadars it always turns into a competitive event. Here is a pic with my girls!

My sister volunteered to make Nate's First Birthday cake! She is an AWESOME sister because she will probably make the next 18. Lol!


Here it is.....A Jack in the box! So cute and not to mention delicious! Just ask Koen...... he found the cake and ate all the smarties off. Sherry had to repair it before the party. Too funny!
